Payment and Cancellation Policy

Please read our booking, payment and cancellation terms carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking and Payment

  • - The full amount of the stay is charged to your credit card at the time of booking.
  • - Payments are securely handled by our provider Stripe: we never have access to your bank details.
  • - Your reservation is confirmed as soon as the payment is received, and a confirmation email is sent to you containing a personal link to modify or cancel your stay.
  • - Your card is securely saved by Stripe to allow the security deposit hold as well as any subsequent adjustment (refund or additional charge in case of modification).

2. Security Deposit

  • - A €500 security deposit is automatically pre-authorized via card imprint on your arrival date, using the card you booked with. No action is required on your side.
  • - This pre-authorization is not a charge: the €500 do not leave your account, only the equivalent funds are temporarily held.
  • - In case of damage or breach of the house rules, part or all of the deposit may be captured after verification.
  • - If no incident is reported, the deposit is automatically released within 14 days after the end of your stay.

3. Modifying your stay

  • - You can modify your dates, number of travelers or options up to 7 days before your arrival, from the personal link sent in your confirmation email.
  • - If the new total is higher than the original amount, the difference is automatically charged to the saved card.
  • - If the new total is lower, the difference is automatically refunded within a few business days.
  • - Past this deadline, modifications via the link are no longer possible. For exceptional requests, please contact us at lemonbeehome@gmail.com.

4. Cancellation and Refund

  • - Within 48 hours of your booking, cancellation is free: you are fully refunded.
  • - After this window and up to 7 days before arrival, a 30% penalty of the total amount is retained; the remaining 70% is refunded to you.
  • - Less than 7 days before arrival, cancellation is no longer available through the personal link. For exceptional requests (force majeure in particular), please contact us.
  • - Refunds are issued automatically to the card used at booking and appear within a few business days depending on your bank.

5. Booking Hours

  • - Bookings are accepted until 9:00 PM for same-day arrival.
  • - If a date is unavailable, it is blocked on the booking calendar.

6. Force Majeure

In case of an exceptional and unforeseen event (force majeure), please contact us: we will review each request on a case-by-case basis.
